Marketplace and Safety Disclaimer
Our role
If There's Anything That You Want is a listing service and a way for two people to talk. We are not a party to any transaction.
We do not take payment for a listed item, hold money in escrow, pay a seller out, take a commission on a sale, arrange delivery, inspect or authenticate anything, or verify who anyone is. What to buy, what to accept, how to pay, and how to hand the item over are settled between the buyer and the seller.
That is a statement about transactions. It is not a claim that we ignore what happens here: we act on reports, we remove content that breaks the rules, and some obligations — child safety in particular — are not ours to set aside.

This plain-English summary does not replace or override the marketplace-risk, warranty, and liability provisions in the complete Terms & Conditions.
- The Operator provides marketplace pages and communication tools. It is not the Buyer, Seller, payment processor for listed items, escrow service, shipper, inspector, or guarantor.
- The Operator does not promise that a Listing is accurate, lawful, safe, fairly priced, available, authentic, or owned by the Seller.
- Buyers and Sellers are responsible for inspecting items, choosing payment and delivery methods, keeping appropriate records, and following the law.
- Live message content is not intentionally stored as a server-side transcript, but either participant may save it. Direct connections may reveal network information such as an IP address.
- Meeting or paying another person involves risk. Verify the person and item, use a safe meeting place, protect sensitive information, and do not send money merely because a Listing appears on the Service.
- Report activity that violates the Prohibited Items and Content Policy. Suspected child sexual abuse material or child exploitation must be reported under the Child Safety Policy without copying or resending the suspected material. Copyright complaints follow the process on the Copyright page. Use emergency services—not the Contact form—when someone may be in immediate danger.
- Nothing in this summary or the complete Terms removes legal rights or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be waived.
