Terms & Conditions
Effective November 1, 2026
This plain-English summary does not replace or override the complete Terms & Conditions.
- You must be at least 18 and able to form a binding contract to create an account, publish a Listing, or join a live conversation.
- Seller and Listing pages are public and may appear in search engines.
- Sellers are responsible for the truth, legality, safety, ownership, and required disclosures for every item they list. Only lawful items allowed by the Prohibited Items and Content Policy may be offered.
- Buyers and Sellers deal with each other directly. The Operator does not take payment for listed items, provide escrow, arrange delivery, inspect items, or guarantee a participant or transaction.
- One active Listing is available without a subscription while the free plan and Service remain available. Additional Listing capacity is a monthly subscription that renews until canceled. The price and renewal terms shown before purchase are part of the agreement. Sellers can cancel online.
- Live message content is designed to travel through an encrypted browser-to-browser connection and is not intentionally stored as a server-side transcript. The Service keeps limited conversation metadata. Participants may save their own copies, and direct connections may expose network information such as an IP address. Sellers can decline or end a conversation, block a registered Buyer, or accept requests only from registered Buyers.
- You retain ownership of your content but give the Operator the limited permission needed to host, display, process, back up, and distribute it as part of the Service.
- Child sexual abuse material and child exploitation are strictly prohibited. Follow the Child Safety Policy to report a concern without copying or resending suspected material. The Operator may immediately restrict access, preserve evidence, suspend accounts, and report to NCMEC or law enforcement when appropriate or required.
- Copyright complaints follow the process on the Copyright page. The Operator may remove material and terminate repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.
- The Operator may remove content or suspend accounts for other rule violations, legal requirements, safety, or security.
- The Service is provided as available and cannot eliminate the risks of dealing with other people. Warranty exclusions and liability limits apply, but they do not remove rights or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be waived.
- Tennessee law governs to the extent it may lawfully do so. Mandatory consumer protections in your home state remain available.
