If There's Anything That You Want is operated by Scott Smith dba SMISCO, doing business as If There's Anything That You Want (A SMISCO Company).

Pick the channel that matches what you need. Sending a message to the right place is the difference between a quick answer and a slow one.

Choose a channel

To report a listing or a user, use the Report control on the listing or seller page itself. It attaches your report to the right item, which a message to us cannot do.

Emergencies

None of these channels is an emergency service, and nobody is watching them around the clock. Call 911, or the appropriate emergency authority, when someone may be in immediate danger.

Child safety reports

If a child may be in immediate danger, call 911. To report suspected child sexual abuse material or child sexual exploitation, report it directly to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children at https://report.cybertip.org/ or 1-800-843-5678, and then tell us the listing or page address so we can take the material down.

Do not download, copy, screenshot, attach, email, forward, or re-upload suspected material. Read the Child Safety page before you send anything.

Contact information

Do not send passwords, complete payment-card numbers, government identification numbers, medical information, or other sensitive information that is not needed to handle the matter.

About live conversations

We cannot retrieve a transcript of a live conversation, because the application does not create one — the messages travel directly between the two browsers and no copy reaches us. If your message is about something said during a conversation, keep your own lawful screenshot, printout, or copy, and send only what is needed to look into it.

The exception: never download, copy, screenshot, attach, email, or re-upload material that may depict the sexual abuse or exploitation of a minor. Follow the Child Safety page instead.

How we use what you send

We use the names, addresses, messages, evidence, and delivery information you submit to receive, authenticate, investigate, answer, document, and resolve the matter. The Privacy Policy explains disclosure, retention, security, and your choices.

A message to us does not guarantee a particular outcome. We may preserve records, restrict or remove content, suspend activity, ask for more information, notify an affected user where that is appropriate, or refer a matter to an appropriate authority.
